Start by Parting the top middle section in a triangle.
Pull The rest of the hair in a pony to stay out of the way. Section off the top, and double knot it.
Then add the first section down into the second and knot that part.
Keep doing this all the way down diagonally toward the left or right ear. I did Five knots, but you can do as many or as few as you would like.
Tie it Off and add the rest of the hair into a side Pony Tail.
Pull hair only half way through.
Curl the extra hair over the bun.
I added clips to hold the fly aways down.
Tease the Hair with a comb to make it appear fuller, and add a flower clip.

First of all...LOVE this site! I have 1 year year old girl and here hair is getting long enough to try some fun things. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your fabulous ideas :) Is there somewhere on here where you've explained the knots before? Do you just divide the hair into two pieces and tie them like you would shoelaces? Yes the knots are just like you tie your shoe lace. It's just an ordinary double knot. The triangle is just parted at the top of the head divided down from one side to the opposite ear. I'm sorry If I'm not explaining it well.
